San Mateo, CA – July 15, 2014: Serena Software and IS Group Pty Limited are pleased to announce the acquisition of Serena’s Mariner Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software product by ISG Technology Pty Limited (ISG), an operating company of the IS Group.
ISG, a long-term Serena partner, was chosen because of the company’s knowledge and experience working with Serena products and clients, as well as its innovative integration and use of Mariner PPM and Serena Business Manager (SBM).
